We are in the fast phase era, where we all prefer Grab & Go kinds of food. Grocery stores are full of all kinds of snacks which claim to have whole grain, no sugar, or less sugar - plus good with all nutrients. Some of them might be better than others, however it's hard for me to find out which are genuine. Believe it or not, they have to use some preservatives to get long shelf lives.
When you have so many easy, yummy, impressive snacks available, why should you eat Homemade Granola? My daughter asked, so here are my small efforts to convince her why to invest a little time to make homemade Granola.

* Honey's color, taste, aroma and texture vary greatly depending on the type of flower a bee frequents. Researchers say you should use local honey. However honey isn't recommended for infants under one year old.
