Farali Dosa:
Dosa are thin crepes which are usually made out of rice and lentil mixture, however during upvas (fasting) both of these ingredients are prohibited, and hence here is a twisted dosa recipe, which is made out of sabudana and samo (echinochloa colona). Crispy, crunchy crepes are best for lunch or snack time during fasting.

Soak samo and sabudana separately for about 30min in warm water.
1st grind sabudana with no to little water, add samo and grind all together till it becomes a good paste like pancakes.
